Miyashita Sake Brewery’s wins grand gold medal in The Fine Sake Awards Japan 2017
Miyashita Sake Brewery’s “Daiginjo Kiwami Hijiri Mukashishibori Tobindori” was awarded the grand gold medal in The Fine Sake Awards Japan 2017.
The judging was carried out on February 24th, with 673 entries from 242 different sake breweries. 34 grand gold medal and 160 gold medals were awarded.
There are three categories: the main category, sparkling sake category, and Daiginjo category.
The award ceremony & reception was held at Academy Hills (Roppongi, Minato Ward) on April 18th.
