Coffee X Sake – Tasting Event & Presentation

COFFEE x SAKE is a night dedicated to discussing and tasting and learning all about two of our favourite beverages!

We will be hearing an introduction to coffee by Market Lane’s head roaster, Toshiyuki Ishiwata, followed by a discussion of Sake by Okayama Sake brewers and producers. There will be time for a Q&A and, of course, a lot of time dedicated to the tasting of these beautiful beverages.

This event will be run in English and Japanese.

コーヒーと日本酒、まったく違うのに似たところもある？

内容

コーヒーはMarket Laneからドリップで数種類をテイスティング。Market Laneの焙煎士石渡俊行のトークから始まり岡山の酒蔵の杜氏からの挨拶、お互いに専門家同士が質問する場面もありますので滅多にない機会だと思います。

酒は岡山の酒蔵から５種類前後をテイスティング。ウェルカムドリンクで岡山のビールも提供いたします。

日本語、英語で行います。

イベントの趣旨

同じコーヒー、同じお酒でも栽培される環境、品種、精製方法によって異なるのを味わっていただく。（当日はコーヒーのプロ、そしてお酒のプロの方もいますので色々ご質問してください。）この機会を通してコーヒーとお酒の素晴らしさと皆様の繋がりができれば幸いです。

コーヒー、お酒に興味がある方も、これから学びたい方も楽しくご参加いただけると思います。

チケット代売り上げのほとんどはルワンダのコーヒー農園に寄付されます。

Quality OKAYAMA Event

The last day of team Okayama Sake & Bizen-yaki in Sydney.

It was the great time of the tour in Sydney and Melbourne in 2017. We were happy many people came up at the places, then they took a look beautiful Bizen wares and taste the highest Okayama sake in our exhibition on this time.

We surly believe this happy exhibition will become a some wave in Australia in a near future.

We appreciate for everything and everybody who supported this great tour and exhibition.
